Wellnuss makes premium cookies for companies and their meetings. To start selling to everyone else, they wanted a reason to buy more. We built My Friends World: a quiz app people open from a QR code in the box and play while they eat.
Wellnuss, based in Germany, makes premium cookies for companies. Their boxes show up in offices and long meetings, where people reach for something good to keep going. Achim S., the founder and CEO, came to us with a new direction for the brand.
They wanted to grow beyond enterprise customers and sell to smaller companies and everyday people too. For that, the cookies needed something extra: a reason to open the box together, and a reason to buy the next one.
The idea was a conversation game, the kind of question cards people use at the table, like "The most beautiful city I ever visited is...". Turning that into an app meant it had to be instant: scan, open, play, with no friction between opening the box and starting a conversation.
Wellnuss also needed to keep it fresh without us. New questions, quizzes and games had to go live without an app update or a developer in the loop.
And the audience was not just German. The app had to work in German, English and Spanish from day one.
Every cookie box ships with a QR code. Scanning it takes people straight to the app, so the game starts while the box is still open on the table.
Question categories for different moments, from a full set for friends and family to weekly check-ins and an annual review, with one question at a time and a progress counter.
Wellnuss creates new questions, quizzes and games in their own admin panel and tracks how people play, without updating the app and without depending on our team.
Full localization across the app, with the language picked on the first screen, so the same box works for customers in different markets.
Players rate each question, which helps Wellnuss see what works, and can share the app with friends by QR code or WhatsApp.
Built in Flutter on Firebase and released on both iOS and Android, so one codebase covers every phone that scans the box.
My Friends World turned a box of cookies into something to do together. People scan the code, pick a category and start talking, and the client saw great results from giving customers a bit more entertainment with every box.
Wellnuss runs the content themselves. New questions and games go live from the admin panel, so the app keeps feeling new without another development project.
“Kochanet transformed my idea into a beautifully executed app. As a first-time founder, Luka and his team guided me through each step and turned my concept into a fully working product.”

If you sell a physical product, an app can be the thing that makes people come back for more. It does not have to be big; it has to fit the moment people are already in.
And if you want to keep it fresh without calling a developer every time, an admin panel is part of the build, not an afterthought.

PawSquad already had customers and revenue. What it did not have was a platform that could keep up. We rebuilt the mobile app, the web app and the backend around the business that was already working, and stayed on as the team that keeps it growing.
